If it currently says it's off and you wish to turn it on, simply double-click it and BOOM - your Raspberry will automatically reboot and instantly become a WiFi-to-WiFi router! If you wish to turn the router off and bring your Raspberry back to its completely normal WiFi state, same thing - just flip the toggle switch!
